US President Donald Trump has launched a scathing on Iran, declaring the country “dead” and labeling it a failed nation in a post on Truth Social. The president claimed Iran is experiencing 300% inflation and alleged the country has lost its navy, air force, and functioning currency while failing to pay solrs and police.

Trump didn’t stop there. He accused Iranian leadership of ing over 100,000 protesters and demanded they face war crimes trials against humanity. “The only thing they have is FAKE NEWS from the USA, a willingness to their protesters, and a good line of ‘BULLSHIT,'” the president wrote, describing Iran’s leadership as being in “total disarray.”

Meanwhile, diplomatic relations between Washington and Central Asia took a different turn. Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov met with US Special Envoy Sergio Gor on August 31, 2026, raising concerns about visa requirements for Kyrgyz citizens traveling to America. Japarov specifically requested a review of the visa bond requirement and other existing restrictions.

Gor, who serves as US Ambassador to India, reportedly agreed with Japarov’s proposals and pledged support for strengthening bilateral ties. The meeting also covered the upcoming second US Central Asia Summit planned for 2027 and Kyrgyzstan’s recent election as a non-permanent UN Security Council member for 2027 to 2028.
