The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, has publicly invited Abia State Governor Alex Otti to join the All Progressives Congress (APC). Kalu made the call on Monday during a Town Hall Meeting held in his country home in Agbamuzu, Bende Local Government Area.

Kalu assured Governor Otti of full support should he decide to defect to the APC. “Let me tell you, I want to use this opportunity again, publicly, to invite Governor Alex Otti to join our party. If he comes to our party, we will support him,” he stated.

He emphasized that the APC remains open to leaders willing to work collectively to strengthen the party and advance its political objectives in Abia State.

The Deputy Speaker expressed his honor in returning home and highlighted that both the legislature and President Bola Tinubu’s administration are working diligently for Nigerians. He reaffirmed his accountability to his constituents and his belief that Nigeria’s best days lie ahead.

Kalu also called on Nigerians to support President Tinubu, the APC, and its Renewed Hope Agenda, stressing that the current administration is focused on building a lasting legacy for future generations.
