Nollywood actor Stanley Ajemba, widely known as Stanley Ontop, has publicly criticized colleague Regina Daniels following her recent visit to Senator Ned Nwoko’s residence. The visit sparked widespread speculation about a possible reconciliation between the estranged couple, nearly a year after their highly publicized separation.
A viral video showed Daniels at the senator’s home. Her sister, Destiny Daniels, quickly moved to clarify the situation on Instagram, insisting Regina only visited to see her children. But Stanley wasn’t buying it.
In a series of Instagram videos posted Sunday, the actor expressed his frustration with the actress. He revealed he nearly faced arrest for initially supporting Daniels during her marital crisis, claiming his information remains at Maitama police station. “I almost went to prison because of this case,” Stanley stated, calling Nwoko an “oppressor” and accusing Daniels of reconciling with him despite earlier support from activists and fellow celebrities.
Why didn’t she inform her supporters about the visit? Stanley questioned the actress’s decision to keep him and others in the dark, especially after they risked their safety advocating for her. The actor vowed never to intervene in marital disputes again, clearly stung by what he views as betrayal.
