Popular Nigerian media personality Frank Edoho has confirmed that he has taken legal action against his estranged wife Sandra Edoho following a series of allegations and counter allegations surrounding their troubled marriage.
The controversy intensified after Sandra was accused of allegedly having a relationship with Nigerian singer Chike, an issue said to have contributed to the couple’s separation.
After a leaked voice conversation involving Sandra and the singer surfaced online, Sandra responded publicly by making several allegations against Frank. She accused him of infidelity claiming he allegedly had affairs with multiple female celebrities under the guise of helping them secure ambassadorial deals.
Sandra also accused the media personality of being physically abusive and alleged that he sold one of her properties to fund his luxurious lifestyle and entertain other women.
Reacting to the growing controversy, Frank Edoho released an official statement on his Instagram page where he declined to address the accusations in detail online. Instead, he confirmed that the matter had been handed over to legal authorities for investigation.
“These issues are now the subject of ongoing legal and investigative processes before courts and relevant authorities. It would be inappropriate for me to make further substantive comments at this time about a number of grave allegations concerning my person in the public space,” he stated.
The ongoing dispute has continued to attract widespread reactions on social media with many fans expressing concern over the public nature of the family conflict.
Neither Chike nor Sandra Edoho has publicly commented further on the latest legal development as discussions surrounding the controversy continue online.
