The FBI has released images of a person of interest in the fatal ing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. During his address to approximately 3,000 attendees, Kirk was shot in the neck by an individual believed to be college-aged, who fired from a rooftop and then fled the scene. Authorities have recovered a high-powered bolt-action rifle thought to be the weapon used in the incident, along with a palm print, shoe impression, and forearm imprints for analysis. Kirk, 31, was a prominent figure in conservative circles, co-founding Turning Point USA. Vice President JD Vance expressed condolences to Kirk’s family during a visit to Salt Lake City.
