Delivering a keynote address, OPay’s COO and CTO Dotun Daniel Adekunle challenged industry players to rethink priorities beyond basic payment services. Speaking on the topic “Payments are solved. According to him, the future of finance in Africa will be driven by data, advanced technology, and robust infrastructure capable of supporting smarter decision making.
Further reinforcing OPay’s innovation drive, Ibukun Humphrey Oluwagbenga, Head of IT Business Support and Operations, participated in a panel discussion on how artificial intelligence, data, and automation are transforming financial services. He highlighted OPay’s efforts in leveraging these tools to enhance fraud prevention, improve service delivery, and create more personalized user experiences.
