Offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, 39, has been appointed as interim head coach for the remainder of the season. Kafka, who joined the Giants in 2022 and was elevated to assistant head coach in 2024, previously worked with the Kansas City Chiefs in various coaching roles.
General manager Joe Schoen will continue to lead the organization and spearhead the search for a new head coach. The Giants’ next game is scheduled against the Green Bay Packers on November 16, 2025, in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
