India and Malaysia Pledge to Bolster Trade and Defence Collaboration

India and Malaysia have pledged to deepen bilateral trade and strengthen defence collaboration following high level meetings between senior government officials. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to expanding economic ties, enhancing investment flows, and improving connectivity between key industries.

Trade representatives highlighted opportunities in technology, energy, agriculture, and manufacturing. Discussions focused on reducing barriers to commerce and encouraging private sector partnerships that could increase two way trade volumes.
