Eterna Plc has announced a revenue of N302.4 billion for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, as shareholders approved the company’s audited financial statements and a final dividend at its 33rd Annual General Meeting.

The meeting, held virtually, reviewed the company’s performance for the 2025 financial year, key operational milestones, and its outlook within Nigeria’s evolving energy sector.

Chairman of Eterna Plc, Gabriel Ogbechie, said the company remained resilient despite global geopolitical tensions, economic reforms, price volatility, and ongoing structural ces in the downstream petroleum industry.

He noted that the company’s performance was driven by operational efficiency, disciplined execution of strategy, and growth across its core business segments.

According to him, the company remains focused on strengthening its long term sustainability through investments in retail expansion, aviation services, lubricants, liquefied petroleum gas development, and environmental, social, and governance initiatives.

Ogbechie said the company’s strategy is designed to build a stronger and more resilient business capable of delivering consistent value to shareholders.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Olumide Adeosun, said Eterna Plc is positioning itself to take advantage of emerging opportunities in the energy sector through its medium term growth strategy.

He explained that the company plans to expand its retail network and upgrade selected stations into flagship outlets while strengthening its aviation and lubricants operations.

Adeosun added that continued investment in operational capacity and efficiency will remain central to the company’s goal of delivering long term value to stakeholders.

At the meeting, shareholders approved a full year dividend of 50 kobo per share, subject to statutory deductions, for shareholders listed on the register as of April 13, 2026.

Shareholders present commended the board and management for the company’s performance and strategic direction, describing the results as a reflection of strong leadership and disciplined execution.

The company also confirmed that its audited financial statements for the year are available on its official website.
