The Dangote Group has honoured 50 outstanding customers at the 2025 Customers Dinner and Awards Night organized by NASCON Allied Industries Plc, popularly known as Dangote Salt, in Abuja. The event recognized distributors and trade partners from across Nigeria for their loyalty, performance, and contribution to the company’s growth.

Speaking at the event, Dangote Group President Aliko Dangote emphasized that customer recognition is both good relationship management and a smart business strategy. “Recognizing customers is not just good relationship management – it is good business,” he said, adding that celebrating clients reinforces customer service as a core value of the company.

Dangote highlighted that future investments would focus on strengthening brand equity, supply chain efficiency, sustainability, and digital capabilities, while ensuring these initiatives align with customers’ market experiences. “Your continued engagement and feedback remain critical,” he said.

NASCON and Dangote Group executives, including Board Chairman Olakunle Alake and newly appointed Group Executive Directors Fatima Aliko Dangote and Mariya Aliko Dangote, reinforced the importance of customers as strategic assets, noting that the company’s market performance depends on customer trust and support.

Managing Director of NASCON, Aderemi Saka, said the awards demonstrated appreciation for customers whose efforts drive the company’s success. Ali Balarabe, representing award recipients, praised the company’s dedication, noting that the recognition strengthens loyalty and motivates continued partnership.

Recipients were awarded truckloads of products and cash credits. Among the honorees were Ibrahim Achida, Muabsa Integrated Services, Fanisau Enterprises, Idris Saleh Nigeria Limited, Sani Adamu, GIA Global Concept, and others. Balarabe, who received a 20-ton truck and cash award, pledged to continue supporting Dangote brands.

The awards night showcased the company’s commitment to customer-centric growth, operational excellence, and long-term partnership with its distributors and retailers nationwide.
