Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has congratulated Arsenal Football Club following their English Premier League title triumph, describing the achievement as a symbol of resilience, discipline, strategic leadership, and commitment to long term planning.
In a statement released on Wednesday through his Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication, Phrank Shaibu, Atiku praised the players, coaching crew, and millions of Arsenal supporters around the world for what he called a remarkable accomplishment.
According to Atiku, Arsenal’s success was not accidental but the result of years of rebuilding, consistency, and bold decision making even during difficult periods. He noted that the same principles have shaped his political and economic vision for Nigeria over the years.
