Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has made explosive claims that law enforcement authorities have repeatedly attempted to arrest him following his public accusations against fellow artist Blaqbonez and several prominent figures in the music industry. The controversial artist alleges these arrest attempts are directly connected to his efforts to expose what he describes as a systematic cover up of ual abuse within the entertainment sector.
The conflict between the two rappers escalated in June when Odumodublvck took to social media platform X to accuse Blaqbonez of ual abuse, sparking widespread controversy across Nigeria’s music scene. Blaqbonez initially maintained silence on the matter but eventually threatened legal action after the allegations became more serious and public. The accused rapper stated he had ignored earlier controversies but felt compelled to respond when directly accused of ual misconduct.
During a recent concert appearance, Odumodublvck intensified his allegations by naming respected industry figures including M.I Abaga and Ice Prince, claiming they are complicit in protecting an alleged ual abuser. He warned his supporters that any future arrest should be understood within this context of his campaign against what he perceives as industry corruption and moral failure.
As this dispute continues to unfold publicly, the Nigerian music industry faces growing scrutiny over how it handles allegations of misconduct and whether powerful figures receive preferential treatment. The outcome of this controversy could have lasting implications for accountability standards within the entertainment sector.
