Qatar and United Arab Emirates Join United States Initiative on Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductor Supply Chains

Qatar and the United Arab Emirates have agreed to participate in a United States led initiative aimed at strengthening cooperation on artificial intelligence development and semiconductor supply chains. Officials from the three countries described the framework as a strategic effort to enhance technology resilience and reduce vulnerabilities in critical industries.

The initiative focuses on research collaboration, secure manufacturing capacity and investment in advanced computing infrastructure.
